Inside of Nuestra Senora del Refugio Church in San Ygnacio.
San Ygnacio is the only town in the county, over 100 years old, that is not submerged under Falcon Reservoir.

Well the Christmas Parade was a hit! I estimated about 3,000 people attended the parade and the plaza lighting ceremony. I was working on the "line-up" of the floats before the parade where I was interviewed by KGNS-TV (Laredo) Anchor Tim Gutierrez
. When I got home afterwards, I watched the news. I looked like a total tool. But they did a nice story on the parade & festivities.
The County Fire Chief J.J. Meza said that it was the best parade ever (this was the 10th one).
I will put up some pictures from the parade.
On Sunday, I went to San Ygnacio for their "Historical Home Tours". It was very nice. I have some pictures from that too.
Anyway, I really enjoy my job. It's different every day.
I am trying to work trip back up to KC over New Years...We'll see what I can work out.
Enjoy these pictures
Be good everybody
